I own this Macbook Pro and I just love all the features this laptop offers. The large trackpad and responsive gesture controls worked flawlessly even under multitasking between blogging here and there, tweeting, music and downloading files. It has a great battery life and the up-to 7-hr marketing number is no joke, under load I got about 6 hr worth of battery life.
You might think the hardware specs are not as good as PC, but Apple is well known in the nerd-world for being the great firmware tweaker. And with it's most advance and user friendly operating system - Mac OS X Leopard, this Mac computes with less resource and is able to achieve the highest efficiency comparing to PC with systems such as Windows Vista.
I recommend this laptop for multimedia purposes and definitely for those who are constantly going somewhere
